Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Roru (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Roru provides a cloud-based dental clinic management platform including patient records management, appointment scheduling, billing, online booking, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into the Service, including patient records. We do not claim ownership over your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to clinic management. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or use it to store or transmit malicious content.
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Enterprise plans include custom SLA agreements.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 90 days. After 90 days, your data will be securely deleted.
